Chris Saul is a Christ-centered executive coach and experienced technology leader with over 15 years of successfully managing high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments. Throughout his career, Chris achieved outward success in IT and platform engineering—leading teams, delivering enterprise solutions, and consistently meeting or exceeding professional metrics. Despite these accomplishments, he encountered a season of inner burnout, a painful divorce, and a quiet crisis of identity that challenged him deeply.

It was during this difficult period that God began a rebuilding process in Chris’s life, transforming not only his approach to leadership but also reshaping who he is at his core. Through this season of breaking and renewal, Chris experienced profound personal and spiritual growth, which laid the foundation for his current mission.
