Sarah Hargrove is a faith-driven mental health counselor, passionate advocate for children in the foster care system, and dedicated administrator who believes in the power of purpose, compassion, and community. With Christ at the center of her work, Sarah is committed to serving others through healing, advocacy, and intentional leadership.

 

She brings to Marquette’s Destiny Foundation a heart for the broken, a voice for the unheard, and the administrative insight to help vision become impact. Whether counseling individuals through life’s challenges, standing in the gap for the vulnerable, or managing operations with excellence, Sarah serves with grace, wisdom, and conviction.

 

Her life’s goal is simple but powerful: to make sure everyone has a voice that is heard—and to ensure that everyone has a cheerleader on their sideline. As a board member of Marquette’s Destiny Foundation, Sarah is honored to walk in her calling and help lead a mission that uplifts lives, restores hope, and glorifies God.
