As the proud owner of Essential Elegance Hair Boutique, Tangie has built a thriving business that not only enhances her clients' beauty but also empowers them to embrace their individuality.

 

In addition to her work in the beauty sector, Tangie is the founder of the non-profit organization Hope for Hair with Elegance, which aims to support individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions. Through this initiative, she provides resources, education, and compassionate assistance to help restore confidence and dignity to those affected.

 

Tangie is a devoted wife and a loving mother and grandmother. She cherishes her role as a parent and takes great joy in her family, which includes two grandchildren and a bonus granddaughter who lights up her life.

 

For nearly a decade, Tangie has been a volunteer at Duke Cancer Institute, where she offers her time and support to patients and their families.
